Overlooking the shops and restaurants of Canyons Village, Sundial Lodge is the ideal ski-in/ski-out destination for your perfect getaway. Beyond the charm of its perfect location on the plaza, the lodge is packed with outstanding amenities—from an outdoor heated pool, a large fitness center, and a ski lounge. In addition, the third floor terrace is equipped with a plunge pool, a hot tub, and a cozy fire pit.
Each room and suite is a private Canyons Village paradise equipped with everything you could want. You’ll be transported to a comfortable haven stocked with full kitchens, fireplaces, and private balconies, all awaiting your use. After you relax, retire to your private bedroom for a night of uninterrupted rest before waking up to do it all over again.

Nosh
A restaurant born from Falafel
At the heart of my quest to bring this cuisine to life in Park City, is the development of the perfect Falafel.
NOSH - verb
Origin : Yiddish
Definition : to eat food enthusiastically
Nosh is a modern Mediterranean & Middle Eastern restaurant, offering its unique cuisine to both residents and visitors alike in the heart of Park City, Utah. Chef & owner Jason Greenberg has been in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years, first attending the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, then honing his skills at several of NY’s best known restaurants including Nobu Downtown, Eleven Madison Park, Mile End Delicatessen.
Jason moved to Utah in 2014, and began working as part of the kitchen team at The St. Regis at Deer Valley. While working at the St. Regis, he started his own food stall PC Pita, at the Park Silly Market and so the quest to create the perfect falafel was born.
Now he is ready to share that falafel with everyone.
And falafel is only the beginning. Taking inspiration from family, experience, and the vast NY food scene, NOSH’s diverse menu includes both traditional and modern dishes, including many gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Offering both eat-in and take-out for lunch and dinner, Chef Jason hopes that everyone will be as enthusiastic about eating his food as he is about cooking it.

Canyons Resort Spa
Canyons Resort Spa has 8 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include body wraps and body scrubs. The spa is equipped with a sauna and a spa tub. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and hydrotherapy.
