Offering 3,888 square-feet of space for up to ten guests, and spread out over three levels, this residence allows guests to make memories of a lifetime with family and friends. In the master bedroom, second bedroom and third bedroom you’ll find plush king-size beds and in the fourth bedroom area there are two sets of bunk beds – ideal if you’re bringing the kids along.
Discover a large open-plan living room area with large windows that offer stunning expansive views and enjoy unique extras such as a heated driveway and a Sonos home theatre. A full gourmet kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances will inspire any home cook to create delicious meals for those they love. There is a convenient breakfast bar so you can catch a quick bite before heading out for a day of skiing and a fine dining area, which is the perfect place to host a dinner party.
Sit out on any of the exterior patios with a hot cup of coffee and take in the magnificent views, warm up by the fireplace with a glass of wine after a long day on the slopes or soothe tired muscles in your private hot tub. Guests of this residence will have a parking pass to Lionshead Parking Structure as well as the Vail Village Parking Structure. This parking pass can be used for when you are going skiing, walks around the village or enjoying a meal in one of the many great restaurants in town.
Please note that the Potato Patch home is located on top of a hill and is not in general walking distance to the Mountain and/or Villages; it is also not on the regular Town of Vail bus route. This home is better suited to guests with their own vehicle or willing to take a taxi or Uber if they wish to go into the villages at their leisure.
*Please note- Air Conditioning is on the top and main floor. On the bottom floor, there is no AC.
