Guest Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, blackout shades, and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity.
Guest Bedroom 3: King bed, blackout shades, shared bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity, and direct access to the lower deck and private hot tub.
A laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer is conveniently located on this level.
Main Living Area:
The living room is cozy and stylish with a Smart TV, wood-burning fireplace, large windows, and abundant natural light with panoramic views. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for 5. The dining area features a mountain-style table with seating for 5 guests.

Ridgepoint Community Amenities:
Seasonal outdoor heated pool open generally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, depending on the weather. Seasonal tennis court striped for pickleball and a half-court basketball court. Ski locker located just outside the front door.

Ski Access Instructions:
Ski-out via the trail that connects to Last Chance and Success runs down to Snow Park Lodge. Ski-in via Home Stake or Carpenter Express, then take Silver Link to the return trail, followed by a slight walk back to the home.
