There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, an adult sports lounge and youth game room (pool and foosball tables, shuffle puck, air hockey) available for use. Due to the Ascent Homeowners Association rules, only six guests are permitted to stay, with the exception of infants under the age of one, regardless of bedding configurations.
