This newly renovated, one-of-a-kind two-story vacation home is the perfect retreat for your next mountain getaway! Located in a prime ski-in/ski-out location, this condo offers four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms across two spacious levels.

Guests enter on the second level, where they are welcomed by a formal entryway leading into the main living room, a luxurious kitchen featuring Wolf and Subzero appliances, and a stylish dining room. The primary bedroom on this level boasts a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a standing bathtub, a walk-in shower, and two oversized closets. For added convenience, the upstairs living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, and there is a full bathroom off the entryway.

On the lower level, three additional bedrooms and a full living area await. A second primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and two spacious closets. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom offers two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower. For extra sleeping space and convenience, the living room also includes a queen sofa sleeper, and a centrally located powder bathroom is available.

Bear Claw Amenities

The Bear Claw complex features a variety of shared amenities (located in the Bear Claw II building) such as a heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs, seasonal lounge with fireplace and après ski bar, a private ski locker on the same floor as your rental condo, a fitness center with a Peloton bike, a sauna, and more.

Additional Amenities--

Each Bear Claw condo is equipped with complimentary WIFI and fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper and tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap), detergents (dish soap and dishwasher detergent), as well as bed linens and towels. Each kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishware, glassware, utensils, salt and pepper, and a sample bag of coffee for your first morning.

Ski Season Courtesy Shuttle--

Bear Claw guests enjoy complimentary use of the Elevated Properties shuttle (for ski season reservations only) on an on-call basis. Simply use our shuttle app (which operates like many popular rideshare apps) to request a ride anywhere in the mountain or downtown areas. Information on downloading and using our app will be provided prior to check-in.
