Bear Claw 312 is a 1,310 square foot vacation rental with three bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a large portrait window overlooking the nearby ski slopes. The views out of this window are amazing to wake up to. The attached bathroom features a single sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed, views of the slopes and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom can accommodate multiple guests between the queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed. The second bathroom is shared between the second and third bedrooms and offers a single sink vanity and a shower/ tub combo. To maximize occupancy, guests can enjoy the convenience of a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bear Claw 312 sits on some of the most beautiful grounds in Steamboat Springs and has many amazing amenities. The comfortable living room provides plenty of seating on the sectional sofa and stunning slope side views from the balcony. The upgraded kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, cookware and utensils needed for a homecooked meal.
