Bear Claw 407 is a comfortable 1,078-square-foot vacation rental that comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a window with scenic valley views, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. On the opposite side of the condo, the second bedroom offers two queen beds and valley-facing views, with access to a shared full bathroom that includes a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bear Claw Amenities:

The Bear Claw complex features a variety of shared amenities (located in the Bear Claw II building) such as a heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs, seasonal lounge with fireplace and après ski bar, a private ski locker on the same floor as your rental condo, a fitness center with a Peloton bike, a sauna, and more.

Additional Amenities:

Each Bear Claw condo is equipped with complimentary WIFI and fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper and tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap), detergents (dish soap and dishwasher detergent), as well as bed linens and towels. Each kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishware, glassware, utensils, salt and pepper, and a sample bag of coffee for your first morning.

Ski Season Courtesy Shuttle:

Bear Claw guests enjoy complimentary use of the Elevated Properties shuttle (for ski season reservations only) on an on-call basis. Simply use our shuttle app (which operates like many popular rideshare apps) to request a ride anywhere in the mountain or downtown areas. Information on downloading and using our app will be provided prior to check-in.
