It's open to the kitchen, which has a stunning waterfall countertop, brand-new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker and everything needed to cook a full meal. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats up to six with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.

There is a bedroom down the hall that has two twin beds that can be made into a king and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combination in addition to private stacked laundry in the closet.
