Exquisite Mountain Excellence

Our tour of Benchmark Chateau begins in the soaring great room, a massive space with cathedral ceilings and gleaming, hickory wood floors. A sectional sofa sits in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows and faces the rustic stone fireplace, which adds coziness to this vast room. Next to the fireplace is a large HDTV for movie nights at home. Overhead, impressive interior trusses are beautifully illuminated by two massive, sparkling chandeliers.

Luxe Custom Kitchen

A formal dining area leads into the chef-worthy kitchen, where custom Alder cabinetry surrounds a huge center island. Top-of-the-line appliances include a large gas range, panel-front refrigerator, high-speed dishwasher, and microwave. There’s also a spacious pantry with tons of storage room. Next to the casual eat-in area are glass doors that lead outside to a sun-kissed patio that overlooks the courtyard below.

Private Bedroom Suites for Everyone

Climb the stairs to the first of five bedrooms, where you’ll find a king-size bed, HDTV, and ensuite full bathroom. A second bedroom suite on this level also houses a king-size bed, HDTV, and attached full bathroom, and also has a stone fireplace as well.

Up one more level is the primary bedroom suite, complete with a sumptuous king-size bed that sits underneath a vaulted ceiling. This ultra-private space also features a fireplace, wet bar, HDTV, balcony access, and a spa bathroom with double bowl sinks, jetted bathtub, and a shower room.

An Entertaining Second Living Area

On the lowest level, a convenient ski storage area leads into the secondary living area, which includes a kitchenette with a bar, a comfy sofa, an HDTV, a gaming table, and a fireplace. Down the hallway, there’s a wine cellar and a fourth bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite full bathroom. The fifth and final bedroom is a bunk room with a full-over-full-size bunk and a twin-over-twin-size bunk.

From the secondary living area, glass doors lead outside to the charming stone courtyard.
