Welcome to Benchmark Cottage. This cottage features oversized beams, natural wood design, and crisp white decor. The living room offers plush seating near the fireplace, while the dining table seats eight and leads to the well-appointed kitchen with island seating for three. Outside, you'll find a hot tub and garden, perfect for unwinding after exploring Telluride hiking trails or attending the 4th of July parade.
With a main bedroom with a king bed, two guest bedrooms with queen beds downstairs, and a king bed in the lofted top floor, there are plenty of sleeping options for families. The game room features an air hockey table, TV, and large sectional. Nearby, a desk offers a quiet space for work, while a Peloton bike and gym equipment complete the vacation experience.
Local restaurants and shops in both the Historic Town of Telluride and Mountain Village provide ample dining and shopping options. Rustico Ristorante offers incredible patio seating and authentic Italian food, while Black Iron Grille in Mountain Village serves up rustic, high-alpine inspired dishes. No matter how you spend your days, you will feel satisfied when you retreat to this quaint mountain gem for relaxation.

What To Expect
Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
The Particulars
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Telluride InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.

Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
A credit card preauthorization of $1,000.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
