You will enter the property through the front door or garage. Both entrances will take you directly to the property’s modern and airy great room which holds the Main Level master bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining areas. This room has an open feel with the numerous windows that will bring in the natural light and views of Park Citys' surrounding ski resorts.
Living Room This room features a plush sectional, cozy gas fireplace, and Smart TV. Step out onto the adjacent deck where you will find comfy outdoor furnishings, BBQ grill, and spectacular views.
Kitchen: The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. This space also boasts stone counters and a spacious kitchen bar with seating for three.
Dining Area: The dining area offers a modern style table and seating for six to eight.
Second Living Room (lower level): Love Sac beanbag chair, convertible sofa sleeper, over-sized couch, Smart TV, exercise equipment, Nintendo switch game console, and access to the private patio with fire pit and seating for four.
