Overview

Bluebell Cottage is a luxuriously cozy three-bedroom home in the heart of Downtown Jackson, offering gracious in-town living just a 10-minute walk from the Town Square’s shops, art galleries, restaurants, and boutiques. Grand Teton National Park and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort are each about 12 miles away, making this an ideal base for year-round adventure.

Originally built in the 1950s, the cottage underwent an extensive 2019 remodel envisioned by WRJ Design, the Jackson-based design studio that has four times won Mountain Living’s Home of the Year. The result is a beautifully curated mountain bungalow that blends historic charm with refined, modern comfort.

Located in the coveted Gill Addition—established when Lewis Gill purchased 30 acres of pasture and divided it into 155 lots—this neighborhood has long been one of Jackson’s most desirable addresses. Adjacent to the National Elk Refuge and within walking distance to the Teton County Recreation Center, the area offers convenience without thru traffic, creating a peaceful, residential setting close to everything.

Inside, light-filled public spaces welcome you from the moment you step through the front door. To the left is a gourmet kitchen with dining for two, while to the right a warm and inviting great room features a gas fireplace and a dining table with seating for four. Windows overlook landscaped front and back yards, where flowers bloom from June into September.

The main level includes a west-facing primary suite with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A guest suite with a queen-size bed faces the backyard and also features a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, you’ll find a media room, a second guest bedroom with a king-size bed, and a twin room with two twin beds. The lower-level bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The backyard patio is designed for relaxing evenings, complete with a fire pit, oversized sun shade, grill, and outdoor dining table. Additional amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, central air, and a smaller, one car detached garage. The fenced backyard is shared with the home to the north, which has dogs.
