Canyons Red Pine Chalet 91 is a stunning 7000 Square Feet luxury estate in the exclusive Timbers neighborhood at Park City’s Canyons Village. Set among the evergreens, this private mountain retreat offers ski-in/ski-out access via a neighborhood access trail, while remaining minutes from Historic Main Street, dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Designed for large families and groups, this expansive multi-level home accommodates up to 16 guests with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 1 half bath. Vaulted ceilings, exposed timber beams, beautiful stonework, luxury furnishings, and multiple fireplaces create an inviting alpine setting throughout.
The main living room is a welcoming gathering space with soaring ceilings, a dramatic stone fireplace, large windows, and forest views. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals for a group. A spacious dining area offers ample seating, with additional seating in the kitchen.
The lower-level entertainment room is made for relaxing after a day on the mountain, featuring a theater area, billiards table, and comfortable seating. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, Apple TV, TVs in all bedrooms, ski storage, an office suite, 2 living rooms, 2 washer / dryers, a garage, and mini splits throughout and in most bedrooms.
Outside, unwind in the private hot tub or enjoy the wooded surroundings from the patio or balcony with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and outdoor grill. The home has no Central A/C, but offers mini splits throughout and in most of the bedrooms.
The Primary Master Suite includes a California King bed, double-sided fireplace, blackout shades, private washer and dryer, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with heated floors. Bedrooms 2–4 each feature a California King bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is located on the lower level near the family room and includes 2 Queen beds with an ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping includes a Queen sleeper sofa in the office and 2 twin convertible chairs.
Canyons Village Base Area is Ski-in/Ski-out, Park City Mountain Resort is minutes away, Historic Main Street is 10 minutes away, and grocery stores and shopping are 5–10 minutes away. No parties or events allowed. Must be 25 years or older to book. No pets allowed.
