Park City Captain Molly 1859 is centrally located in the heart of Historic Park City within the Park Avenue Condominium community. The lovely, remodeled condo puts you near everything — resorts, shops, restaurants, and is on the golf course! The stop for the free shuttle line is just steps away, right next to the community entrance. And, if you like cross-country or skate skiing, you can just step out the back door and enjoy the trails!
The ground level condo has 780 square feet of living space, and offers one bedroom and one bathroom to sleep up to four guests.
After walking through the open-air atrium to the front door, you’ll then step into an entry hallway with coat hooks. Then walk into the main living area with the living room and kitchen/dining area.
Living Room: Comfortable contemporary furniture, including a new queen sofa sleeper, 43” Samsung Smart TV with Roku and cable, gas fireplace, desk area at the windows to provide lovely views. You’ll have easy access to the patio where you can enjoy the surrounding views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen offers new appliances, butcher block island with storage and seating for two.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom – King size bed, 43” Samsung TV with Roku and cable, wall safe and a bank of windows that overlooks the atrium to provide lots of natural light.
Full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo
Outdoor Spaces:
Front open-air atrium with a patio table and chairs. The back patio offers outdoor furnishings and a BBQ, has mountain views and overlooks the Park City Golf Course (where you can cross-country or skate ski in the winter).
Community Amenities:
It is just a short walk to community clubhouse where you’ll enjoy year-round heated pool and two hot tubs. There are also seasonal tennis courts and a communal laundry facility just across the parking lot.
