Owned by world-renowned Chef, Umberto, the kitchen is a masterpiece built with functionality and luxury in mind. The commercial 8 burner gas range, rotisserie and convection oven will have you whipping up a feast for the whole family, plus a separate prep kitchen with an additional fridge and dishwasher. Coffee lovers delight with the Breville espresso machine, and there is plenty of space to spread out and dine as you do around the kitchen with 4 at the bar and up to 12 at the dining table.
The main floor living and dining area is open and inviting with lofted wood-beam ceilings, and cosy vignettes to relax in front of the wood-burning (gas assist) fireplace to watch movies, drink wine or play pool. The wrap-around front patio features additional entertainment space, with a wood fireplace and gas Napoleon grill. Sonos throughout to set the mood, no matter what room you are in. An additional movie room with fireplace on this level is great to stow the kids when the adults are entertaining in the main area,
Upstairs through the grand cathedral center staircase, you will find four bedrooms; balanced two on each side. All with large closet, fireplace, television and ensuite bathrooms. The master suite is spacious with patio access, a walkthrough closet to a large master bathroom with walk-in shower and clawfoot soaker bath to relax your worries away in your mountain oasis.
The 5th bedroom is a unique feature set out back in its own private custom teepee. Access past the hammam steam room on the bedroom level and exit to your private retreat – perfect for older kids or guests. Here there are two twin beds that share the room, with a private bathroom and Aztec inspired walk-in shower.
The downstairs entry adjacent to the two-car garage is where you will unpack after a day on the slopes. Heated floors on this level (and throughout) will get you toasty and your gear warm before you head out again the following morning. A convenient electric vehicle connection is provided as well.
There is a separate one-bedroom tenant suite around the side of the home that will not impact your stay. If it is vacant and you would like the additional space, this may be arranged at an additional cost.
