You’ll access the residence via two sets of stairs bringing you to the third floor of the building. Upon entry, there’s a mud room for ski boots and outdoor clothing. Then everything opens up into the great room awash in natural light from the two-story windows framing Vail Mountain and directly facing Riva Bahn run. A wood-burning fireplace completes the mood for relaxing après evenings. And the chef in the group can still join in the festivities while preparing meals in the well-stocked and beautifully appointed kitchen. The island has four seats and the adjacent dining table seats six. The deck off the great room has a gas grill.

At the end of a long day on the slopes or hiking trails, three cozy bedrooms await. In the primary king suite, with a twin daybed. Enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace that is open to both the bedroom and the bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The third ensuite bedroom has a split king that can be set up as two twins.
