This first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom standard condominium features a unique butcher's table bar in the kitchen. Chateau Dumont boasts a great location in downtown Aspen, only one block from the Silver Queen Gondola.

This condo's amenities include a dining area with seating for four, a wood-burning fireplace, and flatscreen TVs in the living area and primary bedroom. This condominium does not have a washer dyer in the unit or the complex.

The Chateau Dumont roof is being replaced, starting in mid-June with an estimated completion in mid-August. Condos on lower floors should not experience serious impacts, but we have lowered rates to account for the inconvenience of having workers on-site.

Guests of Chateau Dumont receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, on-site free parking or street permit parking, and free Wi-Fi. This complex has no elevator.
