With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 12 guests, this exceptional Steamboat Springs retreat is located just 1 walkable block from the base of Steamboat Resort.
The main level features an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, large TV, dining area, and a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances. Step onto the private deck to enjoy the hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor seating. An inviting mudroom, full-size washer and dryer, and private garage make arrivals and post-adventure gear storage easy.
The upper-level primary suite includes a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and spa-inspired ensuite with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and glass-enclosed steam shower. A loft overlooking the living area provides a second lounge with plush seating, a large TV, arcade games, and a dedicated workspace.
The main-level guest suite offers a king bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk with trundle, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a walk-in shower, and deep soaking tub. On the lower level, 1 guest bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with a shower/tub combo, while the other has a twin-over-king bunk and private ensuite with a walk-in shower.
Additional comforts include complimentary WiFi, summer air conditioning, a whole bean espresso maker in addition to a drip coffee maker, and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, bakeware, dishware, glassware, utensils, salt and pepper, and a sample bag of coffee. Bed linens, towels, paper products, toiletries, and detergents are also provided.
During ski season, guests may use the complimentary on-call courtesy shuttle throughout the mountain and downtown areas.
