There aren’t many Big Sky ski cabins quite like this! A true ski-in/ski-out and dog-friendly cabin nestled on the slopes of Powder River Run. Simply drop in and go from your porch or take a plunge in your private hot tub and watch the skiers carve up the slopes! Cabin 15 Rustic is one of the few Cowboy Heaven Rental Cabins to offer a rare loft space and the high ceilings give this cabin a larger sense of space. Larger than the other cabins at 1,000 sq feet, this unit accommodates eight guests in bedrooms and a sleeping loft. The open plan living area offers ample space for your crew. Reconnect by the fire, cook up a family meal for movie night or step outside! The front deck of this cabin is a favorite with a hot tub, BBQ grill and recliners in front of the firepit. Whatever the weather, it's a stunning place to relax, unwind and reconnect with loved ones and nature.

Perched high on the Moonlight side of Lone Mountain, you’re centrally and conveniently located to enjoy all that Big Sky has to offer and a scenic drive away from an incredible Yellowstone day trip.

Dog Friendly: This home is pet friendly for up to two dogs. There is a required $25 nightly fee per dog which will be added to your reservation at time of checkout. Please note that there will also be an additional $50 cleaning fee added per dog. Other restrictions may apply, please reach out to us for any additional questions or concerns.

Located just off the Powder River Run, Cabin 15 Rustic Ridge boasts TRUE ski-in/ski-out access to Big Sky Resort! The BEST on the mountain and suitable for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. Lift start date varies, but typically early to mid-December. No access until lifts open or after lifts close.

Ski Out:

Step off the back deck of your Cowboy Heaven rental cabin onto the Powder River Run. This will take you right to the Moonlight Lodge and the Ironhorse chair lift. (Green Access)

Ski In:

From the top of Ironhorse or Six Shooter lifts, ski down Lazy Jack to the intersection of Cinnabar and Powder River. Stay straight on Powder River and follow it back to your Cowboy Heaven Rental Cabin. (Green Access)
