Welcome to Deer Valley Double Eagle, a 3,300 square foot ski-in/ski-out mountain retreat located directly on Deer Valley’s Success Run. Wake up to fresh alpine air, step outside, and be on the slopes within moments. This spacious townhome is an inviting setting for families and groups of up to 14 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath.
The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, expansive mountain-view windows, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a Sonos sound system. A second lower-level living area offers even more space to relax, with a large sectional and queen sleeper sofa for movie nights or separate gathering time.
The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless appliances, granite countertops, a wine fridge, coffee maker, cooking basics, and everything needed for meals at home. The dining area seats 6 to 8 guests, with additional bar seating for casual meals and après-ski gatherings.
Step onto the private deck for mountain views, outdoor seating, a private BBQ grill, and a 7-seat hot tub. During winter, access Success Run just steps away for effortless ski-in/ski-out days. In summer, enjoy peaceful access to hiking and biking trails.
The upper-level primary suite includes a king bed, fireplace, Smart TV, and spa-style en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and separate shower. The lower-level second king suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, and private en suite bathroom with a custom stone shower and dual vanity. Bedroom 3 has a twin daybed with trundle. Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed, twin bunk, daybed with trundle, and Smart TV. The queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.
Additional conveniences include free high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a full laundry room on the main level, ski storage with a private ski prep room, cubbies, and racks, plus a heated communal underground garage with 1 designated parking space and elevator access. Additional undesignated parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Located in Deer Valley, the home is approximately 0.2 miles from Silver Lake Village, approximately 0.04 miles from the free shuttle stop, approximately 4.1 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, approximately 2.5 miles from Historic Main Street, and approximately 39.5 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport.
