Located less than 1 mile from Deer Valley East Village and the Jordanelle Express Gondola, the home offers complimentary seasonal Mountain Mover on-demand shuttle service to Deer Valley East. Request a ride through the Mountain Mover App and head to the slopes without snowy drives or resort parking. Shuttle service is seasonal, and operating dates and hours are subject to change.
The open-concept living area is filled with natural light, soaring ceilings, and expansive windows framing the reservoir and surrounding mountains. Relax by the modern electric fireplace, stream a movie on the 85" Smart TV, or step onto the private balcony with seating for 4 to enjoy morning coffee and alpine sunsets.
The gourmet kitchen features premium KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner gas range, single wall oven, microwave, reverse osmosis drinking water system, and generous counter space. A Hamilton Beach drip coffee maker with single-serve option and a Keurig pod coffee maker are provided. The dining table seats 8, while the oversized kitchen island seats 4 additional guests.
The Primary Suite on the Third Floor includes a King bed with a premium memory foam mattress and 4-inch memory foam mattress topper, 65" Smart TV, electric fireplace, private balcony with seating, and an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 on the Third Floor has a King bed with a premium memory foam mattress and 4-inch memory foam mattress topper, a 65" Smart TV, and access to a shared full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 on the Third Floor offers a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed with a premium Queen memory foam mattress and 4-inch mattress topper, plus a 40" Smart TV.
The finished, climate-controlled Private Bonus Retreat on the Garage Level provides a second living area and additional sleeping space. It includes a sectional, 75" Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a Full-size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress—ideal for kids, teens, or guests who appreciate their own space.
Outdoor living includes a private back deck with a hot tub and natural gas Nexgrill BBQ, overlooking Deer Valley East Village and the surrounding mountains. Two additional balconies create even more space to enjoy the views. Convenient street-level, no-stair access from the back entrance makes loading gear and taking dogs outside easier.
For summer adventures, 2 paddleboards, 1 inflatable kayak, and 2 umbrellas are available for reservoir days. Jordanelle State Park and Marina are approximately 2.8 miles away, while nearby paved trails offer walking, biking, and sunset strolls.
The 2-car garage is equipped with ski racks, boot warmers, and a dedicated EV charger. Additional amenities include complimentary high-speed WiFi, central heating and A/C, a full-size washer and dryer, and driveway parking for 2 additional vehicles. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior approval and a $250 non-refundable pet fee.
