Welcome to Deer Valley East Basecamp — a beautifully appointed 3,545-square-foot duplex townhome in the heart of Deer Valley’s new East Village. Designed for comfort, style, and all-season adventure, this three-level retreat features scenic Jordanelle Reservoir and mountain views, modern mountain furnishings, a private hot tub, and a dedicated TV/game room.
Located in the Stillwater neighborhood, the home is just one mile from the Deer Valley Jordanelle Express Gondola and the new East Village Keetley Express Lift, with a free on-demand shuttle to the Deer Valley East Village chairlifts during the ski season. In summer, enjoy Jordanelle State Park and Reservoir just minutes away, along with nearby hiking, biking, and golf at ParOne at SkyRidge, a 3-hole mountain course that converts into a 9-hole short course (with holes ranging from 60 to 90 yards). Historic Main Street Park City and Park City Mountain Resort are only a 12-minute drive.

Enjoy a dedicated entertainment space with a large sectional, 85” Smart TV, game table, mounted board games, shuffleboard, and a classic arcade game — perfect for movie nights and friendly competition.

Primary Suite (2nd Level): King bed, 50” Smart TV, gas fireplace, French door to a covered deck, and en suite bath with jetted tub, tiled shower, and dual vanity.

Bedroom 3 (1st Level): King bed, desk and chair, 32” Smart TV, patio access, and shared bath with dual sinks, jetted tub, and separate shower.

High-speed wireless internet, full laundry room on 2nd level, garage parking for two cars plus two in the driveway, Tesla charging station with a power cord, central A/C and heating (1st level features radiant heat; no A/C on 1st floor but stays cool), ski and snowboard storage, and garage storage for bikes. One dog is allowed with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. No cameras on site. Car recommended.
