Deer Valley Luxury at Moonshadow is a brand-new, state of the art alpine estate located in Deer Valley - Empire Pass, offering 9000 Square Feet of refined mountain living. This 7-bedroom, 6 full bath, 2 half bath retreat sleeps up to 16 guests and is designed for unforgettable multi-generational gatherings.

Just a short 3 minute walk to ski in/ski out access or a 1 minute complimentary on demand private shuttle ride to Silver Strike lift, this home places you 3 minutes from Silver Lake Village and 6 minutes from Main Street, Park City. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Empire Express on-demand SUV and Sprinter shuttle service for seamless transportation.

Step into the dramatic great room with soaring ceilings, a 6-foot stone fireplace, Samsung Frame TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors showcasing panoramic Deer Valley views. The chef’s kitchen features Miele appliances and a butler’s pantry coffee bar with Keurig, Nespresso, and a 12-cup brewer—perfect for family meals or private chef experiences.

Entertainment amenities include a 17-seat private theatre with Sony projector, 13’ screen, and full wet bar, plus a secondary living space ideal for kids and casual gatherings. The home also features a fitness room equipped with a Peloton Bike, Peloton Tread, Tonal, yoga mats, weights, and TV.

Outdoors, relax in the 7-person hot tub, gather around the heated outdoor firepit, or dine on the expansive terrace with breathtaking views. A 36” professional BBQ with dual burners and sear zone and heated patio ceilings ensure year-round comfort. Heated driveway, walkways & decks provide effortless winter arrivals.

Sleeping accommodations include a luxurious primary suite with king bed, fireplace, spa bathroom with soaking tub and multi-head steam shower, dressing room, and private LG washer/dryer. Bedrooms 2–6 each feature a king bed with en-suite bathroom. The bunk room offers two full-over-twin bunks, ideal for younger guests.

Additional features include a ski prep room with storage for 12 pairs of skis, dual EV charging stations in the heated 3 car garage, Alexa Shows in every bedroom, Smart TV's, Sonos Sound System, 2 Washer / Dryers, and direct trail access from the backyard. There are cameras that show the driving, on the garage keypad, the front door and the back deck that are active during reservations.

Please note that the elevator connecting 3 levels is currently out of order for repairs and will be unavailable. Pets are strictly prohibited at this property due to severe pet-related allergies. Bringing any animal into the home may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
