3 Bedroom - Dulany 306 in Steamboat Springs

Dulany 306 is a three bedroom condo, located just steps from the base of the ski area and gondola. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for up to six around the table and three at the breakfast bar. The living area features comfortable furnishings and a cozy gas fireplace. The condo also has three flat screen TVs, a DVD player and audio system for your enjoyment. There is also free WiFi and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom features a king bed and attached bathroom. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and another attached bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is another full bathroom located off the main hallway. For additional sleeping capacity, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. For our summer guests, this unit does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.
