Welcome to the Durango Mountain Vacation Home. This elegant mountain retreat is a 3,300 square foot vacation home located in the exclusive Engineer Village across from Purgatory Mountain Resort. It features 4 beautiful bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a three car heated and finished garage, hardwood floors, stone fireplace, rustic hand peeled logs, covered deck, and high-end furnishings throughout. This home offers an elegant mountain retreat for year-round adventure. Perfect for couples and also for families with well behaved children. We do not allow smoking or pets anywhere on the property.
Activities in Durango range from skiing Purgatory Mountain Resort, Silverton Mountain, the world class Nordic center and backcountry in the winter, to riding the Durango Silverton Train, hiking, biking and 4-wheeling in summer.
Located just steps away from lifts with a free shuttle from the home to the slopes at the resort.

A 4% Purgatory resort fee is required for all stays and is included in your quote. For an additional 4% fee, access to resort amenities can be added to your stay. This includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub, and workout facility. Please advise at time of booking if you would like the additional club fee added.
Pets not allowed. No Exceptions.
NO Smoking anywhere on the premises.
Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking.
A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.
Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.
