Eagle Ridge Lodge 308 is a bright and spacious top floor, 4 bedroom condo with amazing views! The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar able to accommodate three people and a dining area with large table, perfect for up to eight people to gather after a day of Steamboat adventures. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, large windows to take in the beautiful mountain views, a Smart TV, allowing guests to access their personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and other accounts and access to a private balcony, great for taking in the fresh mountain air. For entertainment purposes the condo is equipped with 5 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD players and complimentary WiFi for your enjoyment. There is a washer and dryer in the unit (detergent provided) for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a personal fireplace, a flat screen television, a private balcony and an attached bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers guests a queen bed and a bathroom with shower/jetted tub combo. The third bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic queen Murphy with access to a bathroom with shower/jetted tub combo. The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a fourth full bathroom with walk-in shower.

There is also a separate sitting room area, outside of the bunk room, that functions as an extra entertainment area from the main living space, excellent for families with kids/teens or to allow the adult guests to kick back and relax, catch up on the days' activities or just watch a little TV. There area ceiling fans and swamp coolers for warmer days.

Property amenities include outdoor hot tubs, a heated pool, a fire-pit, fitness center, steam room and massage services. During the ski season, our shuttle services will take guests to skiing, shopping, dining, nightlife and other area activities.

The use of the pool and hot tubs is by reservation only. Reservations are made at the front desk at Eagleridge Lodge and are made only on the day of use.

The shared pool and hot tub area is open seasonally from the week of Thanksgiving to the end of September.
