Eagle Ridge Townhomes area conveniently located on Flat Tops Circle and area under a 10 minute walk to the Steamboat Ski Resort. Guests can also use our shuttle service during the winter to access skiing, shopping, dining and entertainment. The townhomes area also a short walk to Village Drive where you will find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store, Wild Plum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. Downtown Steamboat Springs is about 4 miles away along with Howelson Ice Arena, the Old Town Hot Springs and Yampa River Botanic Park. The popular Strawberry Hot Springs area about 10 miles away and the Fish Creek waterfalls area 5.5 miles away.

During ski season, our shuttle services will take you to skiing, shopping, dining, nightlife and other area activities.
Please note that there is not a sleeper sofa in the living room of this unit.
The use of the pool and hot tubs is by reservation only. Reservations are made at the front desk at Eagleridge Lodge and are made only on the day of use.
The shared pool and hot tub area is open seasonally from the week of Thanksgiving to the end of September.
Two car garage with two car driveway. Park in the driveway and/or garage of your rental. Overflow parking is available in designated areas around the Townhomes and in the Eagleridge Lodge parking lot.
