Eagle Ridge Townhome 1521 is a spacious four bedroom / three bathroom townhome that features multiple floors, vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring. The unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, ideal for an early morning snack before the days' activities. There is a dining area with table, perfect for a nice dinner in. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, a large flat screen television and access to a large private deck, great for enjoying the fresh mountain air. For entertainment purposes, the unit is equipped with 5 flat screen TV's, a DVD player and complimentary WiFi for your enjoyment. Additional amenities include an in unit washer and dryer and a private one car garage for your convenience.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, a flat screen television and an attached master bathroom with double vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a flat screen television and access to a bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom offer two twin beds, a flat screen television and a ceiling fan. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is also a half bathroom located on the main living level. For our summer guests, this unit does not have air conditioning; however, a ceiling fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.
Property amenities include outdoor hot tubs, a heated pool, a fire-pit, fitness center, steam room and massage services. During the ski season, our shuttle services will take guests to skiing, shopping, dining, nightlife and other area activities. This townhome has parking for 2 vehicles and is unable to accommodate additional vehicles. Overflow parking may be available on a first come first serve basis.
The use of the pool and hot tubs is by reservation only. Reservations are made at the front desk at Eagleridge Lodge and are made only on the day of use.
The shared pool and hot tub area is open seasonally from the week of Thanksgiving to the end of September.
