Eagle Ridge Townhome 1534 is a spacious five-bedroom/four bathroom townhome. There is a dining area with a large table able to accommodate six people comfortably. The living area offers guests vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, large windows, a flatscreen television, a ceiling fan for those warmer months, and access to a large private deck, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. For entertainment, the townhome is equipped with six TV's, two DVD players, and complimentary WiFi for your enjoyment. Additional unit amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer (detergent provided) and a private two-car garage for your convenience. There is also a half bathroom located on the main living level.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, a TV, ceiling fan, and an attached master bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, a ceiling fan, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the third bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, a ceiling fan, and an attached bathroom.
