Edgemont 2306 is an amazing 1,467-square-foot vacation rental with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a large portrait window overlooking the nearby ski slopes and an in-room fireplace and built-in dresser. Enter the attached bathroom through barn style sliding doors and enjoy features like a large granite vanity and a beautifully updated soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a shower, tub, and a double sink vanity. For added convenience, a queen sofa sleeper can be found in the living room.

Edgemont 2306 has an amazing set of amenities to make your stay even better. The large living room is flanked by large floor to ceiling windows that overlook beautiful Steamboat Springs. The living room has a flat screen TV and built-in fireplace. Off the living room is the beautiful kitchen that has been fully upgraded. There are slab countertops with stainless steel appliances and industrial style fridge and oversized stove. The large island has an oversized sink and features an eat-in breakfast bar. This amazing kitchen also has a premium wine chiller as well.

Please be advised, the owner of this unit has a dog which stays in the unit when the owner is in-house.

Edgemont Amenities:

The luxurious Edgemont complex features a variety of shared amenities such as a heated saltwater pool and two hot tubs, private lounge with fireplace and coffee station, gas communal firepit overlooking the slopes, private ski locker room with oversized lockers and boot dryers, and a fitness center with a Peloton bike. Guests of Edgemont are also welcomed to use the fitness center in the Bear Claw II building.

Each Edgemont condo is equipped with complimentary WIFI and fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper and tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap), detergents (dish soap and dishwasher detergent), as well as bed linens and towels. The spacious chef’s kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishware, glassware, utensils, salt and pepper, and a sample bag of coffee for your first morning.

Edgemont guests enjoy complimentary use of the Elevated Properties shuttle (for ski season reservations only) on an on-call basis. Simply use our shuttle app (which operates like many popular rideshare apps) to request a ride anywhere in the mountain or downtown areas. Information on downloading and using our app will be provided prior to check-in.
