Edgemont 2507 is a 1,750-square-foot luxury vacation rental with three bedrooms and three baths. The master bedroom features a king size bed with an in-room fireplace, access to the fifth story deck, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The attached bathroom features upgraded dual sinks and a beautifully updated tile shower and a stunning soaking tub. The second bedroom is a secondary master suite with a large king bed and an attached upgraded bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds with a modern yet rustic décor. The shared third bathroom is also beautifully upgraded with a tile shower and upgraded sinks. There is an in-unit wash room with a full size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Edgemont 2507’s living room has a flat screen TV over the fireplace and a beautiful view of Steamboat Springs through the large windows in the living room that overlook the fifth story deck that is complete with a BBQ grill. The kitchen is an absolute delight with amazing counters and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The center island has a large sink and a breakfast bar that will seat three. The oversized stainless-steel fridge has plenty of room for all of your perishables. The kitchen also features a wine cooler for storing and enjoying some of Colorado’s best vintages.

Edgemont Amenities

The luxurious Edgemont complex features a variety of shared amenities such as a heated saltwater pool and two hot tubs, private lounge with fireplace and coffee station, gas communal firepit overlooking the slopes, private ski locker room with oversized lockers and boot dryers, and a fitness center with a Peloton bike. Guests of Edgemont are also welcomed to use the fitness center in the Bear Claw II building.

Ski Season Courtesy Shuttle

Edgemont guests enjoy complimentary use of the Elevated Properties shuttle (for ski season reservations only) on an on-call basis. Simply use our shuttle app (which operates like many popular rideshare apps) to request a ride anywhere in the mountain or downtown areas. Information on downloading and using our app will be provided prior to check-in.
