Slopeside with spectacular views, this 4-bedroom penthouse, Mountain Meltaway, is the ultimate in luxury and convenience. Few ski-in/ski-out locations in Steamboat offer the amenities and convenience you’ll experience during your mountain getaway in this exquisitely decorated residence.

Enjoy the panoramic views from the spacious living area with its vaulted ceilings, oversized windows and gas fireplace. Or take in the fresh alpine air on the extra-long balcony with lounge chairs and grill.

A fully equipped professional-grade kitchen will also act as a gathering place around a large island with bar seating for five people. Enjoy each other’s company over meals at the 8-person dining table.

Four welcoming bedrooms with plush furnishings will provide relaxation for 9 guests. The primary king suite features a gas fireplace, walk-in closet and ensuite spa-like bathroom with steam shower and soaking tub.

The second king suite also has a luxurious ensuite bath with soaking tub and separate shower. The ensuite bunk room has a queen-over-twin bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with a shared bathroom.

For guests’ comfort and convenience, the residence has a full-size washer and dryer, and enjoys air conditioning in summer. Guests also have access to one parking space in the underground garage.

Mountain Meltaway is in the Edgemont building that’s located at the edge of the Stampede green-rated ski run. The community amenities include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub with mountain views, an outdoor fire pit, a sunny indoor lounge with a gas fireplace, and fitness room. You’ll be able to walk out to the ski slope directly from the ski locker room.

Edgemont 2802 Mountain Meltaway has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchen is stocked with coffee filters, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
