INSIDE THE HOUSE
Pull into the driveway and take in the mountain views as you step out of the car. A quiet rock garden invites you to sit and relax in the front yard. Enter the home into the foyer with key table and coat closet for all your winter gear. Just beyond the foyer, you’ll find a door to the 1-car garage with additional ski and equipment storage.
Up the stairs, the resplendent master bedroom contains a queen-size bed decorated with beautiful floral bedding and gorgeous furniture. Retreat to the en-suite bathroom offering double vanities, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
With lots of light and an open floor plan, the inviting main floor consists of the kitchen, dining room and living room. No one will go hungry in the fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full-size appliances.
Start your mornings with a cup of coffee and sit down to meals at the glass 4-person table. In the evenings, curl up with a book in one of the leather chairs. If you need extra sleeping space, the couch doubles as a sofa sleeper.
Head down a set of stairs from the main floor to the powder room and laundry room, perfect for long-term stays, or when you prefer to pack lightly.
Down another set of stairs, you’ll find the 2nd bedroom with queen bed, TV with cable and DVD player. It also offers an en-suite bath with tub and single vanity. Let the kids take over the 3rd bedroom offering two twin beds and en-suite bathroom with tub.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Parking is available for one vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway. A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and Netflix are provided. Radiant heat is offered throughout the property.
The home’s location offers privacy and quiet, however, please note in the winter that 4WD is strongly recommended.
LOCATION
The house sits in a sweet spot, just a 5-minute walk from Old Town Park City. Stop in at Atticus Coffee, Books and Teahouse (8 minutes) in the morning for a latte, or satisfy your sweet tooth at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (10 minutes).
Wake up in the morning and head straight to the slopes; the Town Lift is a quick 6-minute walk away. The Park City Mountain Resort, and the Payday, Crescent, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts, are less than a 10-minute walk.
Kids of all ages will love the Park City Alpine Slide, open year-round for exhilarating rides.
