This lower-level studio is a comfortable pied-a-terre in our most popular building just two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown shops and restaurants. There is a sitting area in front of the large flat-screen TV and a microwave, small refrigerator, and sink. Guests access the condo via a downstairs patio.

Please note this studio is located on the garden level of the building and receives minimal natural light. It is also located adjacent to a boiler room, most suitable for one guest. Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, free parking, an on-site front desk, an on-site workout facility, and an on-site laundry room. This complex has no elevator.
