Deer Valley Greyhawk 17 is situated mid-way between Deer Valley Resort and Park City’s Historic Main Street — you will be centrally located to all the wonderful attractions and activities the area offers.

The home features three levels, 1,275 square feet, to sleep up to 8 guests with two bedrooms two and a half bathrooms.

You will access the condo from the stairway or elevator that are just steps to the condo front door. When entering the home, you’ll find a mud area and a hallway with ski storage. Up one flight of stairs, the main level great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Comfortable furnishings, gas fireplace, and a Smart TV with a DVD player. This room has vaulted ceilings and a large window for an open and airy feel with mountain views. Step out onto the deck to grill up your favorites on the BBQ grill or enjoy the Adirondack chairs, fresh mountain air, and views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped and offers a 4-burner gas range with an extra-large oven, granite countertops, and a butcher-block kitchen island with seating.

Dining Room: Seating for up to six guests in the dining area, along with the additional kitchen island seating for two.
