The charming cottage design and front porch are surrounded by swaying evergreen trees and beautiful Rocky Mountain views. The interior design has a pleasing, old-fashioned feel, with lots of glossy wood accents, large windows, and gorgeous wood plank floors. You'll want to curl up with a good book and a glass of wine in the living area, where an upholstered settee and two armchairs surround the fireplace and built-in bookshelves. This room also includes a formal dining table with seating for six. In the basement, there's a regulation-size billiard table and another lounging space with an HDTV- perfect for watching the game with a cold beer.

The spacious, eat-in kitchen includes another den-like living space with a fireplace, loveseat, armchair, and HDTV. There's more seating at the marble-topped island, which has three bar stools. The first bedroom is a serene primary suite with a king-size sleigh bed that sits underneath a vaulted ceiling. Large windows allow for a ton of natural light and the fireplace adds the perfect warm, calming vibe. This room also includes a pair of chairs and an HDTV. The ensuite bathroom is open to the bedroom and features a water closet, double vanity, step-in shower, and a jetted tub.

The fourth bedroom is actually a carriage house over the garage, complete with a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a small living area with a pull-out queen sofa bed.
