This third floor condominium rental, tastefully adorned and featuring several kitchen enhancements, is well-suited for families traveling to the Winter Park region. The primary living room features a southwestern design, complete with a wood burning fireplace, a TV equipped with a VCR-DVD combination, complimentary Wi-Fi access, a queen-sized sofa bed, and access to a private deck that provides a view of the river. The dining area includes a spacious wooden table and chairs, offering an unobstructed view of the main living space, accommodating up to six individuals. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
A modernized and renovated kitchen featuring new cabinetry, appliances, a tile backsplash, tiled flooring and a center work island accompanied by two bar stools. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a bathroom that was remodeled in 2002, complete with a walk-in shower, promoting restful sleep. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, making it ideal for children or accommodating two individuals. Additionally, a second full bathroom is conveniently situated in the main hallway.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience.
The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a fine imposed on guests who violate them.
