This 2,742 square foot retreat features 4 well-appointed bedrooms, 3 pristine bathrooms, and comfortably hosts up to 12 guests. Enter through the garage on the third level, where a practical mud room welcomes you. The second/main level showcases open-plan living with soaring ceilings and expansive windows that flood the home with natural light and frame panoramic mountain views.
The main living room offers plush sectional seating, a gas fireplace, and a 75” Smart TV, with direct access to a private balcony. The modern kitchen is equipped with stone countertops, a center island, stainless-steel appliances, a 6-burner gas stovetop, and wall oven. The dining area features a wood table for eight, creating the perfect setting for meals and gatherings.
A second living room on the third/entry level mirrors the contemporary style of the main space and includes a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, 85” Smart TV, 4-seat dining table, and a convenient kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and drip coffee maker.
The primary suite on the second level features a king bed, 55” Smart TV, stunning views, and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in closet, and spacious tile/glass shower. Bedroom 2 on the third level offers a king bed, 55” Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom with stone vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 on the first level includes a queen bed and 43” Smart TV. Bedroom 4 features full-over-queen bunk beds and a 43” Smart TV. The first level shared bath includes two sinks and a separate tub/shower combo.
Outdoor living is just as impressive with two balconies and a first-level patio featuring a private hot tub, all set against sweeping mountain and Jordanelle views.
Additional amenities include Smart TVs in every room, high-speed wireless internet, two sets of washers and dryers (stacked unit on the 3rd/entry level and full-size washer and dryer on the 1st level), central air conditioning and heating, and parking for one car in the garage, two cars in the driveway, plus additional unassigned community parking. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $250 pet fee. Please note there is a camera in the garage.
