With 3 beds, 4 bathrooms, and accommodations for 6 guests, this modern mountain retreat offers spacious living areas, elevated design, and effortless ski access just steps from the Silver Strike Express chairlift.
Enjoy true ski-in/ski-out convenience with trail access just out the back lobby doors, following the lift line. Guests also have access to the complimentary Empire Express Shuttle with door to door service to Deer Valley, Old Town, and Prospector Square, making it easy to explore the area without a car.
The open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring brand new high end appliances, a breakfast bar, wet bar, and floor to ceiling windows showcasing stunning mountain views. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the great room, where a dramatic fireplace and abundant natural light create a warm and inviting gathering space.
Exclusive shared amenities include a private, assigned ski locker for seamless gear storage, a fully equipped fitness center, and a stylish ski beach patio with glowing outdoor fire pits. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the hot tub/spa or relax on the outdoor deck with BBQ grill.
The three beautifully appointed bedrooms offer comfort and privacy for every guest. The Primary Suite features a plush king bed, spacious ensuite bath with toilet, tub, and shower, fireplace, cozy sitting nook, and private balcony. The second bedroom offers a king bed and private ensuite with toilet and shower. The third bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed and its own ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower, ideal for additional guests.
Additional amenities include A/C, fireplace, laundry in unit, garage parking, ski storage, pool table, patio or balcony, and self check in / check out. Long term stays are allowed. No pets and no smoking.
