Located adjacent to the Gondola, in the heart of the mountain village, the slopeside private residences at One Steamboat Place offer ultimate ski in/ski out ease.

There is a complimentary shuttle service with-in the city limits provided by OSP.

Horsetooth Mountain is an especially great residence for families with a wonderful bunk room that sleeps 6, an Xbox gaming system, access to the pool & hot tubs and views of the south valley and pool area as it is located two stories above the pool.

Horsetooth Mountain provides easy access to the ski lockers, the Plaza level, and the Member’s Gathering Room where the daily complimentary hearty Continental breakfast and fun Après Ski hors d’oeuvres and drinks are served.

This residence features a large living area with a spacious open floor plan connecting the dining and living areas to the kitchen with plenty of room to relax together. State of the art A/V equipment provides hi-definition entertainment after a full day of activity.

The walkout deck extends the living room and offers great natural light and a view of the pool area and Emerald Mountain.

The professionally equipped kitchen offers a large kitchen island with extra seating and Viking appliances.

Outdoor grilling is a cinch with the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.

The adjoining dining area features a large dining table and bench seats that allow for flexible seating while the beautiful living room is highlighted by a large fireplace and updated furnishings.

All four spacious bedrooms are exceptionally furnished with the master and junior master bedrooms enjoying a large gas fireplace. The bedrooms boast high-end mattresses, contemporary décor, large screen TVs and abundant natural light.

The master bathroom offers a steam shower, Jacuzzi tub, and dual sink vanity.

The junior master also offers a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub.

The bunk room offers three sets of custom built-in bunks—two Full bunk beds and one Twin bunk. Kids will love the Xbox gaming system in the bunk room.

PARKING FEE

First 2 vehicles are free of charge.

Over 2 vehicles will be a charge of $20 per extra vehicle.

GRATUITY

A mandatory gratuity is required for guests staying at One Steamboat Place.

A base gratuity of $25 per day (covering up to 2 people) will be charged to the credit card on file at check-out.

More than 2 guests will be an additional $5 per person per day. Applied only to those aged over 10.

HOUSEKEEPING

Daily Service (every day):

Service includes towel exchange and trash removal; loading and/or unloading dishwasher; bathroom and kitchen clean up; vacuuming of common areas; and turn down of beds in addition to replacement of amenity supplies as needed.

Midweek Service (1 per 6 night stay):

Service includes towel exchange and trash removal; loading and/or unloading of dishwasher; bathroom and kitchen clean up; residence dusting and vacuuming; exchange of sheets and replacement of amenity supplies.
