Overview
Take in the views of the ski slopes over Beaver Creek village from this third floor, three-bedroom plus loft, four-bath residence. Charming Colorado cabin touches throughout the home and comfortable mountain decor make this a wonderful vacation rental for your ski vacation. The renovated kitchen is open to the dining area and spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV and wood-burning fireplace.
The master suite features a king-sized bed, remodeled en suite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub, flat screen TV and a private patio. Two full-sized beds are in the second bedroom, which features a flat screen TV and updated en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen-sized beds, flat screen TV and updated adjoining bathroom. The enclosed loft is set up as an additional bedroom with two twin beds, flat screen TV and its own updated bathroom. Guests will find additional sleeping space in a small room off the main loft including a futon and flat screen television. The large deck off the living room has some of the best views of the entire building. Kiva guests enjoy a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, and steam and sauna with a private changing area.
Kiva also offers on-site check in and front desk, a private ski locker room, complimentary wireless Internet, washer and dryers in every home, covered parking and recently upgraded common areas. A complimentary village shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort. Summer guests, please note that there is no air conditioning in this vacation rental.
