The open floor plan is great for larger groups and families. The kitchen sits between two living areas for maximum layout and comfort. Head upstairs to the bedrooms or downstairs for more entertainment. There is a large game room with a pool table, darts, and a wet bar. Enjoy the indoor gym downstairs, as well. Head to the end of the house to the in-law suite with more bedrooms, including the bunk room, another kitchen, and living space with a sleeper sofa. Thoughtfully laid out, artfully designed, and a gem of a home in West Vail, this is perfect for any occasion.

What To Know

Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The maximum occupancy is 14 people.

During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for your 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. -This home has up to 5 parking spaces, one of which is garage space.

The main living area and four upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned.

What To Expect

Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.

If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.

For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.

The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

The Particulars

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Vail InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

The initial payment of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days from the date of arrival.

A 50% refund will be issued for all reservations that need to be canceled 60 days prior to arrival.

Rules To Stay By

Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.

Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.

No parties or events are allowed.

A credit card preauthorization of $3,000.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.

Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
