Sink into the plush leather sectional, curl up in the cozy armchair with a favorite book, and gather around the 66” TV to enjoy movie nights. The dining area accommodates 6-8 people with a mix of chair and bench seating, while the breakfast bar seats 2 more. The sleek kitchen dazzles with vibrant red cabinetry and high-end appliances, including 2 electric Wolf ovens. Last Chair at Park City is ideal for outdoor fun! With parking for 4 vehicles, accessing the area is a breeze. For ski-in/ski-out access, walk 3 minutes to the Town Lift via Norfolk Avenue and 8th Street. To return, ski to the Town Lift base, then walk uphill on 8th Street to Norfolk Avenue, and the house is on the left. Early birds are eager to get the first chair, but devoted skiers stay for the last chair of the day. Book now!
