Park City Lift 409 is a contemporary, newly built condo located at the base area in the Park City Canyons Village. You will be just steps to restaurants, shopping and all the fun that the Village offers, in addition to being located right next to the Sunrise chair lift and ski run for ski-in and ski-out access!

This one-level condominium offers 1,300 square feet with two bedrooms (both are master suites!) and two bathrooms. The home can easily sleep up to six guests in complete comfort.

Up the elevator to the 4th level, you will enter the condo and be greeted by the main living space; holding the living room, kitchen, dining area.

Living Room: This room offers stylish contemporary furnishings, including a queen sofa sleeper, a 55” Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Step out onto the balcony that overlooks the community pool and hot tub, as well as the breath-taking mountain views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances and gorgeous modern countertops. The kitchen also features a center island with seating for four.

Dining Area: This area offers a large table with seating for six.
