You’ll enjoy being close to the charming village core, the gondola, and the world-class ski slopes while being far enough away to also enjoy some much-needed peace and serenity.
A Relaxed Mountain Village Retreat
The stone and stucco facade of the Belvedere building has a lovely old-world design, and your dedicated parking space and elevator will whisk you right up to your lovely living area. Here, two elegant leather club chairs and a plush sectional sofa face the large HDTV and stone fireplace. Brazilian wood floors, high ceilings, recessed lighting, and a wall of glass doors leading out to the patio provide a feeling of spaciousness and warmth. Outside on the terrace, a hot tub awaits to help you soak away the cares of the day.
An Efficient Kitchen and Dining Space
There’s plenty of space for dining— including a formal dining table with a built-in banquette and a peninsula bar that leads into the kitchen. Natural wood cabinets and granite countertops surround the huge Sub-Zero refrigerator and gas range. A convenient u-shape design makes it easy to prepare meals or aprés-ski snacks or simply heat up some take-out from a nearby local restaurant.
Four Lovely Bedrooms
This spacious yet intimate condominium has four serene sleeping spaces so everyone can find a bit of personal space. The primary bedroom suite includes a private patio, large walk-in closet, HDTV, and a king-size bed with an upholstered headboard. The ensuite bathroom has a large glass-enclosed shower with a rain showerhead and a jetted soaking tub. There’s also a secondary suite with a king-size bed and attached full bathroom, as well as two more guest bedrooms— one with a queen-size bed and another with two twin-size beds that sleep four.
A Magnificent Mountain Village Location
You’ll find it difficult to locate a Mountain Village home with a more perfect location. From here, you can easily access the ski slopes and hiking trails, while still being able to stroll to dinner or a ride on the gondola from the village core.
