Overview

The Maroon Mountain Residence at One Steamboat Place offers luxury four-bedroom accommodations with views over the entrance to the village plaza and west valley. This 2,714 sq ft. residence has great access to the heated pool and spa.

There is a complimentary shuttle service with-in the city limits provided by OSP.

This residence features an open floor plan that flows from the living area to the kitchen and on to the dining area. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, the great room is also equipped with high-definition a/v equipment to provide your entertainment.

The kitchen design is complimented by Viking appliances, stone countertops and custom cabinetry, all fully stocked. Additionally you can grill out any day of the year on the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.

There is seating for 10 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island.

The home office boasts an iMac home computer and high speed Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom offers a gas fireplace and large LCD TV. The main master bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub.

2 bedrooms offer a King bed with private bath.

The third bedroom offers two Queen beds.

The Media room doubles as a fourth bedroom with a set of Queen bunks with a Queen sleeper sofa.

All bedrooms have a private bathroom.

PARKING FEE

First 2 vehicles are free of charge.

Over 2 vehicles will be a charge of $20 per extra vehicle.

GRATUITY

A mandatory gratuity is required for guests staying at One Steamboat Place.

A base gratuity of $25 per day (covering up to 2 people) will be charged to the credit card on file at check-out.

More than 2 guests will be an additional $5 per person per day. Applied only to those aged over 10.

HOUSEKEEPING

Daily Service (every day):

Service includes towel exchange and trash removal; loading and/or unloading dishwasher; bathroom and kitchen clean up; vacuuming of common areas; and turn down of beds in addition to replacement of amenity supplies as needed.

Midweek Service (1 per 6 night stay):

Service includes towel exchange and trash removal; loading and/or unloading of dishwasher; bathroom and kitchen clean up; residence dusting and vacuuming; exchange of sheets and replacement of amenity supplies.
