Mayflower Village at the Shore 102 is a wonderful vacation property. You’ll enjoy spectacular views of Deer Valley Resort — in fact, you will be just 1.5 miles from the Deer Valley Jordanelle Express chairlift — as well as the up-and-coming Mayflower Resort! And you’ll also be less than a mile to the recreation-filled Jordanelle Reservoir and about a 10-minute drive to Historic Park City. There are also miles of paved and non-paved trails that surround the Jordanelle for those who like to hike and mountain bike.
This single-level condo offers 1,400 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests.
You will access the first-floor condo from the community garage elevator or stairs. Stepping through the front door, you’ll find yourself in a welcoming foyer with a bench and coat hooks. A few more steps and you will be in the main great room, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Features comfortable furnishings including a sectional queen sleeper sofa, a Roku Smart TV with cable, and a warm gas fireplace. The adjacent private deck features Adirondack chairs and a BBQ grill and is a great place to enjoy the views.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and offers Viking appliances, and a convenient island with seating for three.
Dining Room: The dining area has a table with seating for six.
