Located in the Mayflower neighborhood, this home is an ideal all-season basecamp. It is 1 mile from the Deer Valley Jordanelle Express Gondola and the East Village Keetley Express Lift, with free on-demand shuttle service to the Deer Valley East Village chairlifts during ski season. Jordanelle State Park and Reservoir are minutes away for summer boating and recreation, while Par One at SkyRidge—a 3-hole mountain course that converts into a 9-hole short course with holes ranging from 60 to 90 yards—is also nearby.
The main living area on the 3rd/entry level features vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, expansive picture windows, French doors, a queen sleeper sectional, accent chair, gas fireplace, and Smart TV. French doors open to a covered deck with sweeping views of Jordanelle Reservoir and the surrounding peaks.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a center island with bar seating, and lake views. The adjacent dining table seats 8, creating a welcoming setting for shared meals and conversation.
One level down, the dedicated TV and game room offers a large sectional, 85” Smart TV, game table, mounted board games, shuffleboard, and a classic arcade game for movie nights and friendly competition.
The primary suite on the 2nd level includes a king bed, 50” Smart TV, gas fireplace, French door to a covered deck, and an en suite bath with a jetted tub, tiled shower, and dual vanity. Bedroom 2 on the 2nd level has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, French doors to the covered deck, and access to a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
On the 1st level, Bedroom 3 features a king bed, desk and chair, 32” Smart TV, patio access, and private access to a shared bath with dual sinks, jetted tub, and separate shower. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, French doors to the patio and private hot tub, and access to the shared bath. A full shared bathroom with a shower is also located on the 3rd/entry level. The queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.
Multiple covered decks and a 1st-level covered patio provide space to enjoy lake and mountain views. Relax in the private hot tub under the alpine sky after a day of skiing, hiking, boating, biking, or golf.
Additional amenities include Smart TVs, high-speed wireless internet, a full laundry room on the 2nd level, garage parking for 2 cars plus 2 spaces in the driveway, a Tesla charging station with a power cord, central A/C and heating, 1st-level radiant heat, and garage storage for ski/snowboard equipment and bikes. There is no A/C on the 1st floor, but it stays cool. One dog is allowed with a non-refundable pet fee. No cameras are on site.
