Please be advised the pool and hot tubs at the Highlands Lodge will be out of service for a renovation during the summer and fall of 2026. The outdoor hot tub at McCoy Peak Lodge is open and available for guest use. Thank you for your patience as improvements are made to make future stays even better. Please contact us with questions.

This slopeside, Platinum, studio residence offers a gas fireplace, luxe kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, two burner stove and microwave and a king size bed. Additional features include a washer/dryer, underground parking for one vehicle and easy access to the slopes from the private ski locker room.
Guests will appreciate views overlooking the entry area and Highlands Lane, and enjoy walking to Beaver Creek Village, complimentary resort shuttle service and use of an outdoor pool and hot tubs.
