The Peak Four Bedroom Residences offer stunning panoramas of the Spanish Peaks and surrounding mountains, featuring one or two balconies or terraces. Each residence is unique with a combination of king, queen, or bunk beds featuring twin, full, and queen-size bedding, available upon request.

Spanning 2,586-3,153 sq. ft. (240-293 m²), these residences include a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious living area, and a dining table for eight persons. Enjoy the warmth of two fireplaces, one in the main living area and the second in the primary bedroom.

The residences boast three or four full bathrooms with deep soak tubs, separate walk-in showers, and dual vanities. Some units also have a guest washroom located off the main living area. Additional features include hardwood flooring, walk-in closets, large LED high-definition Smart TVs, and a washer and dryer.
